高职汽车实训基地建设的探索与实践

按照国家示范性专业建设的要求,高职汽车专业建设要建设具备自我造血功能,集教学科研、学生实训和社会服务等功能于一体的综合性汽车实训基地;要加大投资力度,营造真实的职业环境,并在管理中健全“共享、开放、合作、竞争”的基地管理模式;要加强“双师型”实训教师队伍建设和实训教材建设;同时要将职业道德教育融入实训教育过程中。

Exploring and Practicing of Constructing the Higher Vocational Automobile Practice Base

According to the construction request of national model specialty, the specialty of automobile would build the compositive automation practice base asking construction to have self hematopoiesis function, incorporating teaching scientific research, student functions such as student practice and social service into an integration and the efforts of investing would be intensified, the real occupation environment would be built. The actor would also consummate the base which share to people, open to the outside world, work together, compete to emulant in managing, the practice teaching staff which is “duplex teacher model” and practice teaching material builds the need to be reinforced; Simultaneously, the education of the professional ethics is melted to enter the practice education.
