超声振动切削运动学与机理探讨

摘    要:超声振动切削是一种新型的特种切削加工方法。在一定条件下,能有效地解决精密切削加工和难切削材料的切削加工问题。本文主要从超声振动切削的运动学入手,探讨了超声振动切削的切削机理。指出“分离”运动是超声振动切削加工的本质所在。发现了“切屑惯性效应”的存在对超声振动切削过程有一定的影响。理论分析表明,在超声振动切削中,切液削有一定作用,但不可能在极短的分离时间内浸入刀—屑界面。

Abstract:The Ultrasonic Vibration Cutting(UVC)is a new type of non-conventional process of metal cutting by which some problems in precision cutting and difficult-to-cut materials cutting can be effectively solved under certain condi tions.The cutting mechanism of UVC is dealt with by analyzing kinematics of UVC in the present paper,It is proposed that"separating motion"is the essential character in UVC process and"the effect of chip inertia"has an influence on the UVC process to some extent.Theoretical analyses show that the cutting fluid can difficultly soak into the tool-chip interface within ext- remely short separating time though there is some action in the UVC process.
