| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the mechanism of inspecting the financial crisis of the enterprise from the microscopic earning status of the enterprise, points out that the main cause of the financial crisis is the irrational capital structure, and in order to prevent the financial crisis, should establish the early-warning system to make proper financial risk decision. |
