| Abstract: | The art terms the finishing point, make finishing point, vivid portraiture etc., frequently appeared inthe comments of novels of Ming and Qing dynasty. It is obviously influenced deeply by the Chinese ancient arttheory.This paper mainly traces back the origin of these art terms such as finishing point, exposing the connectionbetween the characteristics of the comments of Chinese ancient novels. |
