| 摘 要： | 高职院校开展文化素质教育工作,必须有一支稳定的文化素质教育师资队伍。建设文化素质教育师资库,要充分挖掘校内师资力量,广泛聘请校外兼职教师,同时积极建设虚拟师资库。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational institute should have a stable group of teachers for essential-qualities-oriented education.The teacher group of essential-qualities-oriented education should consists of teachers inside an institute,the local fames figures on culture,any person with some good features,the experts in the enterprise and the person who gives digital lecture. |
