2-羟基-1-萘甲醛缩乙二胺铜配合物的合成、表征及其生物活性的研究

摘    要:合成了N,N′-双(2-羟基-1-萘甲醛)缩乙二胺配体(H_2L)及其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物,通过元素分析、红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱、摩尔电导率等分析手段对其结构进行了表征,并用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了配合物的生物活性,结果表明该配合物具有SOD活性。

Abstract:N,N -bis(2-hydroxy-l-naphthylidene) - ethylenediamine(H_2L) and its copper(Ⅱ) complex was synthesized.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis,infrared absorption spectroscopy,UV absorption, Moore conductivity and other analytical means.The bioactivity of the complex was determined by the pyrogallol autoxidation method.The results showed that the complex had superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity.
