摘    要:人体体能与昼夜节律变化有着密切的关系,昼夜节律的改变会直接影响运动员的运动能力和竞技水平,中长跑运动是以体能为主的运动项目,在训练中要严格遵循体能节律的变化特点,以保证训练与体能节律同步;已形成的体能节律会因比赛时间、地点等因素而被打乱,导致竞技能力和运动成绩下降。

Abstract:There exists a close relationship between the physical strength and the natural cycle of day and night.The alternation of day and night will directly influence the athletic competence and performance.Middle and long distance running is subject to physical strength and therefore its training should strictly follow the changing rhythm of physical strength to assure that the training is synchronized with the rhythm.On the other hand,the established rhythm of physical strength may be damaged by the arbitrary race so that the competence and performance are spoiled.Thus,a suitable adjusting training before each race will inevitably achieve the synchrony between the rhythm of physical strength and the race requirement.
