摘    要:通过对应用层通信软件的可靠性分析,建立了可靠性模型的串联模型,并对各项指标进行了选择与分配.针对PLC/MCS(Movement Control System)通信程序采用的可靠性分配中的等分配法进行模块的可靠度预分配.继而采用评分法中的可靠性预计和重新分配方法,计算出各模块的可靠度.最后采用J-M模型对应用层通信软件进行了可靠性分析与计算,结果表明应用层通信软件的可靠度达到预定0.9的要求.

Abstract:Through reliability analysis of application layer communication software, the reliability se-ries model is established, and every target and index is selected and distributed. Aiming at PLC/MCS the equal distribution modules reliability is beforehand distributed that in communication procedure reliability distribution. Rehability forecast and redistribution means in equilibration distri-bution were adopted to calculate the reliability of the module. Finally using J-M model of application layer communication software reliability was analyzed and calculated;the results showed that the ap-plication layer of the software reliability requirements is expected.
