| Abstract: | Management of appointed professionals is one of the most important aspects of improving and perfecting the appointment system in the institution of higher education.Therefore,the appointment of professionls must be done openly,the evaluation of the appointed professionals must be strengthened,systems of allocating station allowance must be set up,and the off stnff should have their own places. |
