| 摘 要： | 对三龄养殖暗纹东方鲀性腺发育情况进行了较全面观察与测量，同时对其卵巢和肝脏的毒性进行了检验，结果表明养殖三龄暗纹东方鲀雌鱼和雄鱼性腺均发育到了第ＩＶ期，成熟系数在１９．８～２６．０ 之间，存在作为种鱼进行全人工繁殖的可能性；养殖三龄暗纹东方鲀的肝脏和卵巢均未检出毒性．

| Abstract: | The sexual glands of 3 year old Fugu obscurus cultured in fresh water and fed upon special compound feed are observed ,at the same time, the toxicity in the ovaries and the lives of 3 year old Fugu obscurus are tested.The results showed that the ovaries and testis have attained in maturity degree IV during about 30 months.It is possible that the 3 year old Fugu obscurus cultured in fresh water and fed upon a special compound feed can be used as parents to propagate.No toxicity was found in the ovaries and the livers of the cultured Fugu obscurus . |
