| 摘 要： | 利用近年来较活跃的定量结构─活性关系，通过对硝基取代多环芳烃定量结构─活性关系研究的总结，阐述了硝基取代后的多环芳烃对生物体毒性的影响以及毒性变化的结构原因，为开展这方面的研究提供了有益的参考．
