| 摘 要： | 传统的运用分形理论对车牌进行识别的方法不能有效地解决字符的平移性和旋转性．在对车牌字符矩形区域进行切分基础上首先运用中心投影变换方法，然后求出字符分形曲线的分形维数，进行识别．试验结果表明，此方法更有效，识别率更高．
