校园招聘有效性影响因素及提升对策研究

摘    要:校园招聘已经成为企业重要的招聘渠道之一,但是不少企业校园招聘并不完善,结果不尽人意。如何提升校园招聘的有效性,获取企业需要的人力资源变得非常重要。通过对以往文献的梳理研究,认为企业、应届毕业生和高校都会对校园招聘的有效性产生一定的影响,通过问卷调查,探讨各因素对企业校园招聘有效性的影响情况,最后从企业、应聘者和高校3个方面有针对性地提出相应的提升对策。

Abstract:Campus recruitment has already become one of the important recruitment channels for enterprise, but alot of enterprise campus recruitment is not perfect, the consequences are not favorable. How to improve theeffectiveness of campus recruitment is very important to get the human resources needed by enterprises. Through thestudy of previous literatures, this paper argues that companies, recent graduates and universities will have someinfluence on the effectiveness of campus recruitment. By issuing questionnaires, the paper discusses the influence ofvarious factors on the effectiveness of campus recruitment, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasuresfrom three aspects of enterprises, job candidates and universities.
