摘    要:本文介绍了计算结构疲劳寿命的新方法——局部应力-应变法,并就这种方法应用于海洋石油钻采平台构件的疲劳寿命计算问题中作了一些探讨。针对这一应用中出现的特殊问题提出了解决的方法。并进行了随机载荷作用下试件的疲劳寿命估算和海水环境中试件的腐蚀疲劳实验及相应的裂纹萌生寿命估算。经计算,理论值与实验值的相对误差为17.2%,表明本文所述裂纹萌生寿命的计算方法可行。

Abstract:In this paper, a new method for calculating fatigue life of structure member-local stress-strain method is introduced. The application of this method to calculation of predicting structure member fatigue life of offshore drilling and production platforms is discussed. To counter this special problem presented in this application, the solving method is pro-vided. The calculation of fatigue life of speciment under random load and corrosion fatigue test of speciment in the sea water is made. The crack formation life has also been calculated. The results show that the relative error between the values of calculation and experiment is 17.2%. The method of crack formation life mentioned in this paper is feasible.
