燃气机热泵控制系统实验研究

摘    要:应用先进流量控制策略研制了燃气机热泵PLC控制系统,采用增量式PID和模糊控制方法进行实验分析.结果表明,在正常运行阶段,增量式PID控制方法能够满足实验要求,但在大范围变工况情况下,适用性不强;而模糊控制则能较好地适应燃气机热泵系统的变容量调节,易于实现系统的优化运行.

Abstract:Advanced control strategy is applied in developing PLC control system of Gas Engine Heat Pump(GEHP).Experimental investigations are carried out based on the simulated results of PID,fuzzy self-tuning PID controllers and the driven method for EEV.The results indicate that the PID controller can meet the demands of GEHP on steady conditions,but its performance is poor in those conditions with sudden large changes.The fuzzy controller can be suitable for the above poor operating conditions.
