某市医疗机构法定报告传染病报告质量调查分析

目的：了解某市法定报告传染病工作总体质量，为进一步改善工作质量提供依据。方法：按照《全国医疗机构传染病漏报调查方案》要求，于2008年采用多级抽样方法抽取某市市级医疗机构1所，宁陕县、石泉县、汉阴县的县、乡、村及个体诊所4级医疗机构各1所，共13所医疗机构。核查2008年1-9月的法定传染病报告资料。结果：2008年共报告269例，漏报27例，漏报率为9．12％，与2007年比较明显下降。结论：2008年传染病漏报情况有所改善，还需提高各基层医疗单位诊断报告传染病病例的积极性、准确性，减少漏报误报。

Investigation on Report Quality of Notifiable Disease in Medical Institutions of Ankang City in 2008

Objective To understand the report quality of infectious disease from different medical institutes. Method According to Program of Investigation on the Missing Report of National Notifiable Disease, collecting the report situation of notifiable diseases through outpatient records and inpatient records from 13 medical institutions sampled by multistage, including a municipal health eare units, medical units at all levels of the one in Ningshan County ,Shiquan County and Hanyin County. Result A total of 27 omitted cases was found among 36619 inspected cases of infectious disease in Ankang City, the overall omission rate of infectious disease report is 9.12%,with an decrease compared with the rate last year （40.12%）. Conclusion In 2008 the situation has improved the situation of reporting of infectious disease, but the problems remain. Only to improve primary health care units reporting of infectious diseases and accuracy of the positive in order to timely report disease.
