| Abstract: | Abstract: Accorrding to the spot inoestigation and data analyses,the advantageous and disad-vantaeous conditions in the multi-purpose project construction are analysed in this paper by using the view of geography,ecology environmental science,economics,statistics and agronomy. Meanwhile , land environmental capacity is discussed and the countermeasureis put forward particular-ly. |
