| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义和谐社会已成为时代的最强音,但如何构建社会主义和谐社会既是重大的实践问题,也是重要的理论问题.文章从现代法治的视角探讨了和谐社会的科学内涵,揭示了依法治国与和谐社会的内在关系,指出和谐社会是依法治国的重要目标,而依法治国则是建构和谐社会的基础与保障.

| Abstract: | Currently, constructing socialist harmonious society is the basic task and aim of development in China, but how to construct it is a practically and theoretically difficult question. This essay probes into the essential contents of harmonious society from the viewpoint of rule of law. It opens up its inner connection with rule of law, and it points out that harmonious society is important aim of government, while rule of law is its foundation and safeguard. |
