整肤疗法对运动性疲劳的恢复效果及机制研究

通过实验观察法,将45名受试者随即分成自然恢复组、推拿组和整肤疗法组,通过运动性疲劳的造模,经过自然休息、推拿和整肤治疗各30min,检测比较各组运动前、后及治疗后的血乳酸、肌酸激酶、尿素氮、简单反应时等生理、生化指标以及RPE值。研究发现：运动性疲劳后,受试者的各项生理、生化指标均明显改变。经过休息或治疗后,指标变化不大,各组之间无明显差异;至次日晨,推拿组和整肤疗法组除了肌酸激酶外,其它指标基本上都恢复至正常,而自然恢复组多项指标没有恢复到正常水平。得出：整肤疗法对运动性疲劳的恢复具有较好的促进作用。

Research on Recover and Mechanism of Sports Fatigue under Seifu Therapy

Observe the effects of Seifu Therapy on Sports fatigue. 45 male subjects were randomly assigned to Natural Rest group ,Tuina group and Seifu Therapy group, after fatigue, the subjects in natural rest group had a 30--minute rest, the subjects in Tuina group and Seifu Therapy group were treated for 30 minutes. BLA, CK, BUN, simple reaction time, and ratings of perceived exertion （RPE）, etc, the index of Physiology and Pathology of each group before and after sports, after the treatment were tested and compared. The indexes of Physiology and Pathology of the contents had changed obviously after fatigue. The change of index is not obvi- ous after resting or treating. To next morning, the other indexes of Tuina group and Seifu Therapy group had recovered except CK, many indexes in the Natural Rest group had not recovered yet. Seifu Therapy had a better effect to recover Sports Fatigue.
