| 摘 要： | 为了进一步提高企业业务流程的绩效能力和服务质量,通过分析西格玛水平、过程能力指数和合格率三者之间的关系,提出了基于时间成本最低的六西格玛流程能力分配设计的数学模型,采用拉格朗日方法对模型进行求解,通过算例分析,结果表明了该模型可以设计企业整个业务流程和流程中各个环节的过程能力指数,从而为企业实施六西格玛流程设计与改进提供了决策依据.

| Abstract: | In order to improve enterprises' flow performance and service quality,this paper studies the relationship of Six Sigma level,process capability indexes and qualified rate,and develops the mathematical model of Six Sigma flow ability assignment based on lowest time cost.The method of Lagrange was used to solve the model.The model was testified with an example.The result shows that the model can design the process capability indexes of the whole flow and process,and give a deciding evidence for enterprises im... |
