二维数控转台红外遥控装置的设计

摘    要:将红外遥控技术应用于数控转台的驱动控制具有方便转台调试、减小恶劣工作环境对操作者的影响等优点.设计了一种实现步进电机驱动的二维数控转台的旋转方向和角度控制的红外遥控装置,编制了相关的软件程序.所设计的红外遥控装置由手持遥控器和遥控接收模块组成,运用HT6221芯片和STC12C2052单片机实现红外遥控的编码和解码.实验结果表明,运用文中设计的红外遥控装置方便、可靠地实现了数控转台的旋转方向和角度控制.

Abstract:Utilizing the infrared remote control technology to realize the driving control of the NC ( numerical con- trol) rotary table has the advantage of facilitating debugging and reducing the influence of bad working environment to the operator. In this paper, a kind of infrared remote control device is designed to accomplish the control of the rotation direction and angle of the two-dimensional NC rotary table which is driven by the stepping motor, and the related software program is compiled. The designed infrared remote control device is composed of the hand-held remote controller and remote receiv chip and the STC12C2052 single mote control device is convenient er, and its functions of coding and decoding are ac chip microcomputer. The result of experiment shows and reliable in controlling the rotation direction and hieved by using the HT6221 that the designed infrared reangle of the NC rotary table
