| 摘 要： | 为了改善淬硬齿轮的质量,发展了一种由超硬材料制成的新型剃齿刀,它依靠剃磨或剃珩作用切除薄层金属。本文除介绍此种剃齿刀的结构特点外,还着重论述了设计方法及切削性能。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of hardcncd gears, a ncvw typc of shaving cutter made by cxtrahard materials is dcvcloped,which cuts thc thin lawyer metal by shaving grinding or shaving honing. This paper not cn]y introduces the structure charactcristics of this kind of shaving cutter, but also describes the mcthod of cutting edge profile dcsign and its cutting performance. |
