摘    要:对聚合物的长圆管缝隙流出口均匀性问题进行了比较深入的研究。在此之前,研究这一问题所建立的物理模型,多是用简单圆管模型代替主流道,用平行平板模型代替小流道。本文在此基础之上,领先用有限元素法研究L型机头的小流道,建立起与生产实际非常接近的物理模型,克服了以往研究的不足;独立编制出一套L型机头流道的设计计算程序,对几种不同幂律指数的胶料进行了模拟计算,得出了相应的流道几何参数、压力场以及流动均匀性曲线。通过对圆柱管和圆锥管模型的计算,还得出了L型机头主流道可以用圆柱管辅以阻流元件代替圆锥管的突破性结论,从而使L型机头的国产化和普及制造成为可能,同时为L型机头的设计与进一步研究提供了理论与计算依据。

Abstract:A thorough study on the uniformity of flow from L-dies was conducted. A lot of the researchers who studied this problem, up to now, almost used simple long cylinder model for the main flowing junction and used parallel plate for the slit. Based of their result, the finite element method is first used in studying the slit of L-dies, and more accurate result can be obtained. A computer program for designing and calculation of flowing junction has also been drawn up. The analogy computation with some kinds of rubber which have different flow index was conducted to obtain relevant geometric parameters, pressures and uniformities of the flowing junction. A good result was obtained after the computation of cylindrical vent and circular truncated cone vent. This will help the manufacture of L-dies by our country.
