有机硅加固材料的合成及应用

摘    要:根据石质文物风化蚀变原因和故宫博物院提供的石质样品的风化状况, 选用甲基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯为单体合成聚硅氧烷, 并对产品的性能进行测试。结果表明, 该材料赋予风化石质以一定强度的同时, 具有优良的防护性能。

Abstract:The synthesis of stone consolidation polysiloxane and the results of protesting tests were reviewed. According to the reasons of deterioration and the weathering conditions of the stone provided by the palace museum, methytriethoxysilane and ethylsilicate were chosen as monomer, and several properties were tested. The results indicated that the consolication can strengthen the stone and had good protesting properties.
