高锌铝合金试样偏析的校正

摘    要:我公司生产的高锌铝合金在进行光谱分析时存在一定的偏析现象,为了减少此合金分析检测的分析误差,消除检测中的偏析,我们通过科技攻关手段,采用化学定值和仪器分析相结合的手段,找出偏析值,达到校准仪器分析误差的目的,取得圆满成功.

Abstract:As a tool for rapid chemical composition analysis,spectral analysis could analysis several elements once with simple operation and high speed,it is mainly used for low level elements analysis,but for the high one,it has large analytical error. At present,when spectral analysis is preceded,the gravity segregation is here between high zinc aluminum alloy products.In order to reduce the gap,both analysis error and gravity segregation,through tackle hard-cut problem in science and technology,using both quonity determination of chemical composition and instrument analysis,the problem for the value of the instrument is solved,achieve the target for its calibration,and consummation finally.
