| 摘 要： | 考虑进入到生产过程中的技术与研发部门生产出的技术之间存在的标度问题，提出一个带技术标度的经济增长模型，讨论了了技术标度变化对稳定经济增长的影响，以及经济应如何依据自己产业结构的特点来组织技术生产。

| Abstract: | Based on the idea that there is a technology scale problem between the technology used in the producing process and the one produced by R&D activity, this paper provides a model that characterizes that. Also, it discusses the influence caused by the change in technology scale. The conclusion is that the economy should organize its technology production according to its production structure. |
