桩基与条基共同作用的复合基础设计

摘    要:某住宅楼施工时,桩基础桩身长度和单桩承载力不能满足设计要求,经过综合比较、计算,采用桩基与条基共同作用形成复合基础,利用条基下土的承载力补偿桩承载力的不足。用此法加固处理,使已打的桩全部发挥了作用,从而降低了地基处理成本,保证了建筑物的安全和正常使用

Abstract:In the course of construction of a certain residential building the phenomenon that the pile length and single pile capacity can't satisify the requirements of design has occured.Through a synthetical comparison and calculation,a combined foundation under coaction of pile foundation and strip foundation was adopted.This strengthening method utilizing the bearing capacity of the earth under strip foundation to compensate the shortage of pile bearing capacity has made all the driven piles play their roles having reduced the cost of foundation treatment and guaranteed the safety and the normal use of the building.
