| 摘 要： | 中小企业自身属性及国内外的经济大气候是导致中小企业陷入资金困局、效益因局、发展空间困局三大困境的主要原因.化解当前中小企业生存危机的路径是拓展融资渠道、实行结构性降税和产业升级.国家应通过政策支持和法律保障等宏观调控手段保障中小企业的生存和发展.
