以就业为导向,完善高职人才培养模式

就业乃民生之本,它关系到广大高职毕业生的切身利益,关系到高等教育的改革和发展,关系到社会稳定及全面建设和谐社会的一件大事。现行高职人才培养模式不能满足社会需求和发展的需要,不利于学生就业。因此,高职教育必须树立以就业为导向的办学理念,必须以社会需要为目标,构建新型高职人才培养模式。

The Improvement of Personnel Training Mode in Vocational School under the Guidance of Employment

As the foundation of people's living,employment concerns the vital interests of graduates from vocational schools,concerns the reform and development of higher education in China,concerns social stability and the building of a harmonious society in an all-round way.But the current personnel training mode in vocational schools cannot meet the social needs and development,thus unfavorable to the graduates' employment.So,vocational education must change their principles of running school,under the guidance of employment and with the social need as a goal,to establish a new mode personnel training system in vocational schools.
