精矿品位在线自动检测系统的研制及应用

摘    要:精矿品位在线自动检测系统是利用放射性同位素X射线荧光分析技术在选矿厂对皮带上精矿的元素含量进行连续自动检测。系统由放射性同位素源、闪烁探测器、放大器、脉冲幅度分析器、稳谱电路、信号传输电路、接口电路、大显示屏和微机等组成。使用该系统在攀枝花选矿厂对钒钛磁铁矿精矿品位进行检测,其结果与化学分析结果比较,绝对误差≤0.5%,合格率达90.81%。

Abstract:The paper introduces an on-line automatic monitoring system. This system can continuously and automatically monitor the concentrating iron ore on conveyer belt by means of radioisotope X-ray fluorescence analysis and overcome the shortcoming that the traditional samplingchemical analysis causes serious time delay. It plays an important role in directing production process and improving the quality of products. This system consists of radioisotope source, scintillation detector,amplifier circuits , pulse amplitude analyzer, spectrum regulator, signal transfer channel,interface unit,large LED display screen and a set of microcomputers. It has obtained a verysatisfactory result since mounted on a V-Ti-magnetite production line in Panzhihua Ore DressingPlant. The absolute error is equal to or less than 0. 5%,and the ratio up to standard is 90. 81%.
