浅析当前我国国家重点实验室知识产权制度与管理

当前我国知识产权事业发展正处于关键机遇期,知识产权支撑创新驱驱动发展方兴未艾。国家重点实验室作为我国开展基础研究与应用研究的前沿阵地,其知识产权发展状况理应受到更多的关注。因此本文从当前我国国家重点实验室知识产权的发展现状出发,剖析存在的问题与挑战,为后续促进国家重点实验室知识产权的健康发展提出了具体政策建议。

Brief analysis of intellectual property system and management of Chinese national key laboratory

At present, China is in the critical period of intellectual property development. Intellectual property supporting innovation drive development strategy is in the ascendant. The national key laboratory, as the frontier of basic research and application research in China, deserves more attention on its intellectual property development. The paper has preliminarily analyzed the its problems and challenges from the respects of the current situation of the development of Chinese key laboratory intellectual property, and then specific policy suggestions were put forward.
