传统农业城市转型发展：内涵、路径及模式

本文结合国外相关研究，对创新型城市的概念、内涵、构成、特征及评价等方面的研究进行了综述，并分析了我国农业城市创新中存在的突出问题，如经济持续增长困难、农业生产方式落后、农业科技支撑不足、农业面源污染问题严重等。针对这些问题，以经济增长理论和创新系统理论为基础，提出传统农业城市创新的研究框架，并总结农业城市转型发展的几个典型特征。

Transition of Traditional Agricultural City: Connotation, Path and Pattern

This paper reviews the concept, connotation, composition, characteristics and evaluation research of the innovative city, and puts forwards the outstanding problems existing in the innovation of agricultural cities in our country, such as the difficulties of sustained economic growth, backward agricultural production methods, insufficient agricultural science and technology support, and serious problems of agricultural surface source pollution and so on. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the research framework of traditional agricultural urban innovation based on economic growth theory and innovation system theory, and summarizes some typical characteristics of the transformation and development of agricultural cities.
