摘    要:立足于我国粗蛋白饲料原料进口的现状和畜牧业发展形势,针对人畜争粮、饲料紧缺矛盾和食品安全的巨大需求,中国科学院植物研究所培育出耐干旱、耐贫瘠、生长速度快、适应性广、粗蛋白含量高、适口性好,更适合机械化种植和收获的杂交构树新品种,并提出了"以树代粮、种养循环"设想,可以快速实现"当年种植,当年受益",同时能够一次种植,多年收割利用,能有效解决贫困地区农户对饲料的需求,促进贫困地区养殖业的发展。因此,杂交构树被国务院扶贫开发领导小组办公室列入"国家十大精准扶贫工程",成为将科技创新与精准扶贫紧密结合,推进贫困地区畜牧业的发展,带动农民脱贫致富的重要途径。构树扶贫工程有助于实现经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的统一,将成为中科院科技成果转移转化、利国惠民和促进我国经济发展的典范。

Abstract:According to the current situation of crude protein feedstuffs and the development situation of animal husbandry in China, the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences has bred a new hybrid paper mulberry, which is drought and barren-resistant, fast-growing and wide adaptability, with high crude protein content and palatability, and more suitable for mechanized cultivation and harvest. The breeder has put forward the vision of "tree instead of grain, planting combined with breeding" which make the current yield come true at the year of planting. Meanwhile, it can be harvested for many years after planting one time, which effectively solve the needs of feed for peasants and promote the development of aquaculture in poor areas. Therefore, the hybrid paper mulberry has been included in the "National Top Ten Poverty Alleviation Project" by the Chinese Council Poverty Alleviation Office in 2014, which will combine the scientific and technological innovation with precision poverty alleviation to promote the development of animal husbandry in poverty stricken areas, become an important way to promote peasants'' income and out of poverty, and finally achieve a unity of economic, ecological and social benefits. The paper mulberry poverty alleviation project will become the successful model in the Chinese Academy of Sciences of scientific and technological transformation, promoting Chinese economic development and benefit to the country and people.
