摘    要:随着我国电梯保有量的大量增加,电梯安装、维保和监管的矛盾日益突出。为了减少电梯事故、提高电梯的监管水平、保障电梯安全运行,根据电梯监管的特性和电梯安装、维保流程,从信息化角度设计了一套全过程多内容的电梯监管云系统。通过合理分配安装、维保任务,有效跟踪监督安装、维保人员的工作,实现了电梯安装、检验、维保和救援工作的在线管理,提高了效率、保证了质量,进而提高电梯的安全性能和监管水平。

Abstract:With the increase in the number of elevators in China, the contradiction between elevator installation, maintenance and supervision is becoming more and more prominent. In order to reduce the elevator accident, improve the level of elevator supervision and ensure the safe operation of the elevator, according to the characteristics of elevator monitoring and elevator installation, maintenance process, from the point of view of information technology, a whole process of multi content elevator supervision cloud system is designed. Through the rational allocation of installation, maintenance tasks, effective monitoring and supervision of the installation, maintenance personnel work, on line management of elevator installation, inspection, maintenance and rescue is achieved. The efficiency is improved, and the quality is ensured, thereby the safety performance and the level of supervision is improved.
