摘    要:汽车轻量化是实现节能减排的重要措施,是汽车工业、能源战略、环境工程等发展的主流方向之一,轻量化手段主要集中在结构优化设计、轻量化材料应用、先进制造工艺等方面。本文通过收集Derwent Innovations Index、Pro Quest Dialog和中国知识产权局等专利数据库涉及到汽车轻量化的专利数据,应用TDA、Thomson Innovation、INNOGRAPHY等主流情报分析工具对相关轻量化专利数据进行分析,探讨了以下几个方面:1)汽车轻量化技术在全球的研发现状、研发趋势、研发热点;2)主要国家和企业的研发方向及专利布局;3)结构优化设计、轻量化材料应用、先进制造工艺等的研发重点;4)耦合专利评价综合指标,分析汽车轻量化技术领域中的高价值专利,进行核心专利分析。

Abstract:Automotive lightweighting is one of the most important goals in automotive industry, energy strategy and environmental engineering, that helps reduce CO2 emissions and improve fuel economy. The approaches of vehicle mass reduction focus on the design, optimization and analysis of structures, the application of lightweighting materials, advanced manufacturing technology, and et al. In this paper, we discuss in depth four key aspects of automotive lightweighting by collecting and analyzing data from Patent databases which involve Derwent Innovations Index, ProQuest Dialog and Chinese state intellectual property office. The discussion includes: 1) The current global situation, R & D trends and focus areas; 2) R & D direction among major countries and companies, as well as patent distribution; 3) Design optimization of structures, the application of lightweighting materials and the advanced manufacturing technology; 4) Analysis of patent value evaluation index for high-value and core patents in the automotive lightweighting field.
