基于精准扶贫分析我国中西部山区科技服务促进农民增收的成效——以湖北省宜昌市为例

为了推进科技服务农业的有效性，通过实地调研宜昌市科技服务农业的优势：宜昌市在科技服务农业中通过对劳动资料、劳动者和劳动对象的潜力挖掘，着力于加大劳动者培训提高接受技能的水平和能力，提高生产效率；着力于进行合作社组建、加快土地流转，提供资金支持等促进了农业生产效率提高，加速了农产品商品化率，增加了农民的收入。宜昌市科技服务农业的劣势：宜昌属于中西部欠发达地区及山区地形为主，自然条件、劳动力素质、生产资料价格的波动等都成为科技促进农民增收的不利因素。

Sci-tech Service to Promote the Effectiveness of Sci-tech Serving the Agriculture on the Increase of Farmers' Income in Mid-west Regions

To promote the effectiveness of sci-tech serving the agriculture, through field investigating, the advantages of sci-tech serving the agriculture in Yi Chang are as follows: By tapping the potentials in the three aspects, namely, means of labor, labors, the subject of labor, the municipality focus on training the labors to improve their skills and competency so as to improve the production efficiency. By establishing cooperatives, speeding up land circulation and providing financial support, the agricultural production efficiency is greatly improved and the rate of commercialization of agricultural products is also quickened, thus, having increased the farmers'' income. The disadvantages are: Yi Chang is a less-developed area in the Midwest and a large mountainous area, besides, the natural conditions, the quality of the labor force and the unstable prices of the means of production are also the unfavorable factors.
