项目管理职业资格认证的增薪和提能效应研究

我国自2002年国家推行项目管理职业资格认证以来，培养各类项目管理人才近15万人，取得了丰硕的成果。本文通过问卷的方式，针对项目管理职业资格认证对从业人员薪酬增长（增薪）和能力提升（提能）产生的效应，以及不同年龄不同行业等从业者自身属性对此效应的影响等问题，以680名通过国家项目管理师培训和认证的从业人员为样本进行调查。从收入、综合知识、管理能力等层面统计分析了项目管理职业资格认证对从业者的影响，为项目管理职业资格认证的持续发展提供理论支撑和数据来源。

A Study on the Salary Increase and Ability Enhancement Effects of Professional Qualification on Project Management
