| 摘 要： | 经济新常态下,知识产权尤其是专利在驱动产业创新发展的过程中发挥着日益重要的作用,但现有文献中围绕这一作用的理论研究仍缺少系统的论述。本文从马克思关于商品属性、劳动和价值规律的有关论述入手,结合西方经济学和情报学理论对知识产权尤其是专利对产业创新发展的作用机理进行了鸟瞰式研究,系统归纳出知识产权尤其是专利对产业创新发展的作用机理和逻辑。
