| 摘 要： | 针对目前我院水利水电工程专业学生的就业与创业能力的现状，在分析就业与创业的关系的基础上，探讨提高学生的就业与创业能力的重要性，提出了提高水利水电工程专业学生就业与创业能力的改革思路。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the significance of the ability to improve employment and start business, which is in accordance with analysis of the relation between employment and starting business specifically for current situation of major of water conservancy water and electricity project at present ,as well as puts forward reformation thought for the ability to employ and start business for students of major of water conservancy and hydroelectric engineering. |
