| 摘 要： | 万州区委、区政府用机关干部包户，推行人地挂钩和人房挂钩的办法，解析移民迂建这道世界级难题，是对三峡库区移民工作的创造性探索，为移民“搬得出，安得稳，逐步能致富”走出了一条崭新的途径，积累了丰富的移民迁建经验。

| Abstract: | Household contracted to government functionary and immigrants linking up with fields and housing is a creative solution made by Wanzhou District CPC committee and District government to Immigration and resettlement in Three Gorges reservoir area. It is a new approach for immigrants to resettle and gradually become better off. |
