摘    要:某150t冶金起重机投产运行10多年后,主小车架马鞍形端梁局部产生了一些肉眼可见的裂纹.为了消除安全隐患,对小车架进行动态应力测试及分析,对其小车架整体受力状况进行有限元计算,并结合上述研究结果,为该小车架设计了加固修复方案.

Abstract:The saddle-shaped end beams of the trolley structure of a 150 t metallurgical crane, which had been in use for 10 years, came to have a lot of visible cracks. In light of this, the dynamic stress in the trolley structure was tested and analyzed, and the general stress condition of the trolley structure was calculated with FEM. Based on the results, a plan for the structure reinforcement is presented.
