应用型人才工程实践及创新能力培养的研究与探索

21世纪大学教育人才观、质量观的核心问题是培养和造就富有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才。文章针对现行应用型普通高校在培养大学生创新能力所需的教育观念、教育体制、教育结构、教育内容、教育方法和人才培养模式等方面的诸多不足，以机械类应用型人才工程实践及创新能力培养为基础，探索分析了如何加强应用型人才工程实践能力及创新能力的培养，构建新时期创新型人才的培养模式。
