二溴硝基偶氮胂褪色光度法测定微量铈

摘    要:基于Ce(Ⅳ )对二溴硝基偶氮胂有褪色作用 ,研究了分光光度法测定铈 .实验表明 ,在硫酸介质中 ,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为 5 30nm ,方法的线性范围为 0~ 8.5 μg mL ,检出限为 1 .66× 1 0 -6μg mL .该方法用于人发样中铈的测定 ,结果满意

Abstract:In this paper, the decoloring of didromonitroarsenazo oxidized by cerium(Ⅳ)in sulfuric acid has been studied. The decrease in absorbance is directly proportional to the amount of cerium.The maxium absorption is at 530nm, the detection limit was 1.66×10 -6 μg/mL and the liner range of the determination was 0~8.5μg/mL. The method has been used for the determination of ce ium in hair with satisfactory results.
