| 摘 要： | 对社会联动系统要求语音交换、无线、计算机技术的综合应用进行了讨论 ,为各类报警求助提供顺畅、准确、高效的服务 .CTI技术将语音服务和数据服务融合在一起 ,综合了计算机技术与电话交换技术的优势 ,提供丰富的通信调度控制功能 .结合实践应用 ,描述了CTI技术在社会联动系统中的应用及其设计实现

| Abstract: | Social Co-action system requires the synthesis of telephony, wireless and computer techniques to provide unhindered, accurate, efficient services to diversified social recourses. CTI integrates the advantages of telephony service and data service and can provide abundant communication and control functions. According the requirement from true practice, the paper describes the application and implementation of CTI technique in social Co-action system. |
