| 摘 要： | 在社会主义初级阶段产生腐败的原因 ,主要是剥削阶级的腐朽思想和习惯势力的影响 ;党内思想政治教育薄弱 ;法制不严 ,依法惩治腐败的力度不够。因此 ,遏制腐败必须加快建立社会主义市场经济及其适应的各项秩序 ;加强廉政制度建设 ,从制度上遏制腐败的产生和蔓延 ;加强党内思想政治教育 ;建立健全党内外监督体系 ,强化监督机制

| Abstract: | At the primary stage of socialism,the reason for corruption emergement is the influence of decadent ideas and habitual force from the exploiting class.The political education is weak within the Party;Law is loose;It is far enough to punish corruption according to law.All these lead to corruption.In order to contain corruption,we must speed up to set up socialist market economy and proper orders,reinfore the construction of a clean and honest administration and contain emergement and spreading of corruption from the system,We also should enhance the ideological and political education within the Party,set up the healthy supervisory system between the inner Party and the outer Party and intensify the supervisory organ. |
