| 摘 要： | 在省级农用地分等研究成果基础上，采用农用地分等自然质量参评因素及权重进行土地质量评价，以期实现在全国范围内土地整理质量评价结果的可比性。同时以江苏省泰兴市分界乡土地整理项目进行了案例分析，并根据各等级耕地进行等级折算，对土地整理计划制定进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Land quality evaluation plays a key role in appraising implementing effect of land reclamation project,taken as an important foundation for adjusting land reclamation development direction.Because the indicators and criterions of evaluation are inconsistent,which makes evaluation result hard to be synthesized and compared.The natural quality index reflects climate and soil conditions influencing crop growth,as well as the farmland construction status.As one of the most important results of farmland gradation,it can be applied for land quality evaluation of land reclamation project.Since the natural quality index of province level can be compared across the country,so does the land quality evaluation.Finally the conversion of different natural quality's farmland and establishment of land reclamation project plan are discussed. |
