| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳；特异性染色及光密度薄层扫描方法，研究了黑龙江省产五种无尾两栖类４种组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶。结果表明：不同种动物及同种个体的不同组织均有各自的同工酶谱，即具有明显的组织特异性和种特异性。这些差异是有关基因表达和调控的差异所造成的。

| Abstract: | Using the technique of polyacrylamide gel elcetrophoresis, the paper dealt with theLDH isozymes and EST isozymes of heart, kidney, muscles and liver of five species ofamphibians in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that either different speciesor different Organs has its own pattern of isoenzyme. That is to say, LDH isozymesand EST isozyrnes have tissue specificity and were different in different species. Thesedifferences are related with the expression and control of gene. |
