| Abstract: | Through the statistics of the origin of the research literature about information literacy,this paper analyzes on the present situation of and the problems existing in the information literacy research of Chinese sci-tech information service institution and the internal and external factors influencing the information quality,and advances some methods and paths for developing the information literacy education for the scientific research personnel. |
