斜发沸石对锌冶炼废水中重金属离子的吸附研究

摘    要:以去除锌冶炼废水中的Zn2+、Cd2+、Fe2+、Pb2+、Cu2+等重金属离子、回收利用废水为目的,采用斜发沸石吸附的方法,研究了不同改性剂对斜发沸石的改性效果,以及吸附时间、温度、沸石粒径等因素对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明:采用15%NaCl活化、400℃煅烧定性制得的沸石吸附效果较佳;吸附时间80 min较为合适;减小沸石粒度,吸附量显著增加。在实验优化条件下、各离子的去除率分别为Zn2+98.52%、Cd2+82.31%、Fe2+98.87%、Pb2+99.30%、Cu2+100%。

Abstract:With the purpose of removing heavy metal divalet ion in the zinc metallurgy waste water containing Zn2+,Cd2+,Fe2+,Pb2+,Cu2+ and to make use of the waste water,the clinoptilolite adsorption method was adopted.The different modifier to clinoptilolite's modification effects was studied,and several influential factors including adsorption time,temperature,granularity were considered.The test results show that the adsorption effect is better with 15% NaOH activating agent and with the calcinations temperature of 400℃;the relatively appropriate adsorption time is 90 minutes and the adsorption capacity increases markly through lessening granularity of zeolite.On the experiment optimication condition,the removal rate of Zn2+,Cd2+,Fe2+,Pb2+,Cu2+ is 98.52%,82.31%,98.87%,99.30% and 100% respectively.
