| Abstract: | Let F q be a finite field with q elements, where q is a power of a prime ρ, ρ≠2. In this paper, a class of association schemes and PBIB designs with q+32associate are constructed with 1-dimensional non-isotropic square-type subspaces in the singular orthogonal geometry over F q. |
